CSR is a helping hand for greenwashing the image of the company, saturates channels with constructive image of the companys identification papers covering the negative image. So it is very likely to agree with the statement that, some critics of CSR claim it little more than greenwashing. And the organizations use the green marketing as their weapons to with stand the global market. And the misuse of this practice of green marketing by the organizations is to create a false green brand image in the consumers and the investors eye. This is all what is known as Greenwashing. (Aggarwal, Kadyan, 2014). There has been a range of criticism for CSR. There are many companies which pursue the CSR to take advantage of the consumers. They promote their reputation by advertising their CSR efforts. The criticism has five main category or groups: The very firstly, with the help of CSR related activities and the CSR efforts the organizations can build a highly positive brand image which may allow the business to show a positive image with less effort. Secondly, being different from the fact, using media and publicity as a source CSR creates an impression that the organization are related to the CSR activities. Thirdly, the CSR activities engaged in organizations sometimes contradict with their actual tendencies and practices. Fourth, the MNCs and the large organizations influence the society with their active participation in the issues of CSR. Fifth, CSR is only an effective public relations tool and an empty promises. These criticism clearly aims on claiming CSR being a little more than greenwashing. No companies are taking CSR seriously as the organizations are concerned about the social responsibility. So it is very reasonable to say that the employees, managers, owners, and investors of a company are the individuals who have driven the importance of the CSR. The CSR has become very popular all around the world. It is being implemented by the organizations as CSR policies. Many do incorporate it in their organizational structure such as the airline industry focusing on reducing the aircraft noise and emissions. There are many organizations which do not practice the CSR for benefiting the society. The organizational success depends upon the ethically integrated structure of the organization. The CSR activities and the principles of CSR explains the importance of CSR in an organization. Is the CSR a little more than greenwashing.? What is greenwashing and how has it been driven by the organizations. The criticism of CSR explains the darker side of CSR and how has it been used in the organizations to show a positive image of the organization, suppressing the negative one. It describes the principle that the organization should build up a positive contribution to the society. By CSR here we refer to the practice followed by the major companies rather than smaller ones. The go green strategy of the organizations is being followed to make the awareness about the environment friendly products of the organizations but from past few years the organizations are use it just for promoting their brand and do not seriously take steps concerning it. The CSR helps the companies to build an image that is loyal and positive to develop a personal connection with the customers. Competitive advantage is gained using the CSR activities by the companies causing it to be a corporate reaction to public mistrust. The CSR activities work as partnership for public and private and it gives various options where the companies in accordance with the government can regulate and even pool the resources they have, making a strategy for avoiding the regulations. These are the two main hurdles that stand in the way of a bill becoming a law. After a bill has reached a committee, the main obstacle that stands in the way is the committee chair. The chair has the power and authority to ?pigeon hole? a bill or simply put it aside and delay the opportunities for debate on the bill. This allows for the opposition to not have to deal with the bill for a sustained amount of time. For instance since most bill die in committee, one of the focuses for a bill that is likely not to be passed is so the supporters can get publicity and can say they ?acted on? or ?did something? for the bill and its purpose(s). While in the committee, the chair is the figure with the most control and ability. If he/she opposes a bill, then the likelihood of its passing becomes less and less. This is a major obstacle because of its supreme role in the whole process, and as a result many of the bills introduced into committees, never make it out. The second major obstacle is the signing of the bill by the president. The president usually acts in the manner most favorable to his party, so it is that party that recieves the benefit of his holding office. However the president also acts in the manner most favorable to the nation, so he has the ability to control many bills. For instance many bills that that embody a clear, appealing idea (?stop drugs, ?help old folks?), usually make out quite well by the time it makes it to the presidency. But those bills that have been passed by a party that is opposite the president may often be vetoed. Thus causing a momentary stop in the entire process in becoming law. The presidency is an extremely unique and important step in the process, because he has the final say on the bill?until it may go back for the 2/3's override. These two obstacles are quite different, one is at the very forefront of the whole process while the other is at the possible end?yet these two areas do share a common bond. That is to say, the males have become bicultural along gender lines. Just as teasing (as Thorne points out) dissuades cross-gender interaction, social pressu re outside camp plays a similar role in limiting males’ expression of things seen as feminine, such as sharing feelings (54). For an age group faced with many social anxieties, extinguishing the fire at the end of the session is an essential tool of anticipatory socialization used to recreate the male gender identity necessary for acceptance in the outside male social world.

In addition to these team members, I would include a security officer to be present and on standby for these patients that are combative and a possible threat to themselves or others.In this specific case the security team could have helped assist with the patient leaving the scene. C. Unfortunately, the staff Is currently uneducated on how to deal with these types of patients and incidences. This is causing them to have negative attitudes towards the patient's only rather accelerating the behavior of the patients. The staff does not know the correct steps to take in order to diffuse the situation. By not knowing what to do, there is too much lag time creating too much time for the situation to further escalate.Another problem that added to the situation escalating was having no security guards present at the time of Incident, causing opportunity for the patient to escape the hospital and disappear. A unit protocol should also be set in place, so that the staff does not have questions regarding how to deal with these patients in the future when this situation reoccurs. AAA.Improvement Plan In order to best be prepared in case this situation should happen again, a plan should be developed and in place so there is no questions as to whom should respond and what tasked should be taken. First there should be a team established and trained to be prepared for these situations. At the first sign of an emergent situation arising, the primary nurse should notify the charge nurse of events are age overhead so the entire team is alerted immediately. All of the members of the team should rapidly respond to the page and report to the location of the incident.Once all assemble the team members should assume their roles, the leaders would be the primary URN and primary physician on the given case. The unit staff member who is designated as the recorder and time keeper should be taking detailed notes of each task and order that is being carried out. Each team member should be all hands in throughout the entire mime until the situation is diffused or the primary MD orders for the team to discontinue treatment.Since the team has been thoroughly trained, their attitude will be more accepting of the patient and th ey will be proactive with approaching the patient due to the fact that they know which steps to take and skills in handling these patients. Once the situation in diffused and handled, the recorder should chart all the details that occurred during the response and the team should debrief regarding how things were dealt with and improvements that could be made. Plan Measurement & Evaluation of In order to measure and evaluate if the plan would be effective a â€Å"mock† emergency could be staged in order to gage and evaluate h ow the team members react and successfully carry out the process.To be measurable, the response time could be recorded in order to evaluate how long the team takes to respond to the emergency and how long it takes to secure and safely treat the patient. Evaluations on each team member could be done and reviewed in order to make further corrections if necessary. After each emergent situation a debriefing could be held to discuss the outcomes and areas that need to be improved in order to better the process each time. B. Unit Protocol 1). No staff member should approach the patient by themselves, always have second staff member present at all times. ). At first sign of behavioral outburst, call security team in for backup. 3). Call team overhead to alert all members at first signs of emergency, in order to initiate first steps of the developed process. 4). Never attempt to restrain the patient before or during behavioral episode without consulting MD first. 5). Do not risk putting you rself in way of harm of physical danger if patient in combative, allow security team or police office to handle extreme cases of behavioral episodes.
